A lot of people out there have debates on what is the cleverest animal out there but you never see talk about the stupid ones. Are the below animals actually stupid or is this just a human opinion on the matter?

Dodo

Okay so I know that this animal is no longer around anymore but it is still constantly being ridiculed for being one of the most stupid of creatures ever to come into existence but is this true? Well in actual fact it wasn’t the Dodo’s stupidity that put it into extinction it was us hunting them all of the time. Dodos were very friendly creatures and if you think this is stupid then think about the Dolphin, it is one of the cleverest on the planet!

Stegosaurus

If you are going on body to brain size then the Stegosaurus wins hands down against everything else that has ever lived. This massive reptile weighed a massive 13,000 pounds that the brain only came in at 2.5 ounces which is minuscule! it would take 15 of these animals to match the brain size of a single human being, pretty amazing figure really. At the other end of the spectrum a sperm whale at 50 feet long would have a brain around 20 pounds in size.

Chicken

Nowadays it would seem that many people out there are in agreement that one of the stupidest animals out there is the chicken and this is because they cannot fly, have been known to drown in heavy rain and are mostly kept for eggs and meat by humans. Surely this makes us the stupid ones.

Of course if you want to see some really clever animals why not try shark diving by going diving in Egypt or Maldives diving.
