Tip 3 – Find a proper Location

If you are not planning to build a conveyable chicken coop, you need to find an area of the yard to get the maximum out of your home.  Chickens need to have daylight to be productive.  You need to station the house to guarantee satisfactory sunlight can shine thru the windows without obstruction from big trees.  Also, if you live in a neighborhood not accustomed to building chicken homes, you may want to build it in an area least visible to your neighbors.
